Seed cycling chart in a one-page PDF.


This chart can be given to clients after explaining to them the concept of 'seed cycling' in order to support the female hormones and menstrual cycle.


It includes recommendations to eat flax and pumpkin seeds (ground) between days 1 - 14, along with fish oil and peppermint/spearmint tea.


Days 15-28 is where sunflower and sesame seeds are recommended, along with evening primrose oil and chamomile tea. 


Seed cycing can also be a nice, simple way to get women connected with their reproducive cycle.
