This bundle includes two PDF files:

 

  • An 'Aussie Dirty 12 and Clean 15' that looks at providing your clients with a more relevant list than the 2019 EWG's list. It was put together using the very limited data we have on pesticide use in Australia. This list also provides your clients with helpful suggestions on how they can REDUCE this impact - not limited to 'buying organic produce'. 

 

  • A four-page list of Australian seasonal produce. Split into 'Summer', 'Autumn', 'Winter', and 'Spring' - each season lists what fruits, vegetables, seafood and fresh culinary herbs are at there best. This can aid your clients to pick produce from their greengrocer/farmers market and supermarket when they are at their freshest and most nutritious.
